1. Use of the Service

• All prices are subject to change without notice, but price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved as follows:

• You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us.
• If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Katowice, Poland.

You waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect (for example, by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email).
